A happy gut,
a happy life.
Eat Activ is a London kitchen built on one idea. What you put in your gut shapes how you feel, think, and show up for the rest of your day. We have been chasing that idea since 2019.
Eat Activ started when Naji Alayass opened a small counter at 26 Noel Street in Soho. The brief was simple on paper and stubborn in practice: fast food that was actually good for you. Fermented, sprouted, properly cooked, no shortcuts.
Naji pulled in his long-time friend Wesley to lead the culinary side. Between them, they built a menu where every dish has to earn its place twice. First as something you actually want to eat, then as something your gut would thank you for.
The gut is sometimes called the second brain. The enteric nervous system is the largest outside the skull. It talks to your mood, your energy, your immune system. Looking after it with fermented foods, soaked nuts, prebiotics and live cultures is not fashion, it is common sense older than the word diet.
No refined sugar. No seed oils. No artificial additives, stabilisers, preservatives or colourings. Packaging is 100% sustainable. Halal chicken and lamb, vegetarian and vegan options on every menu, every day.
Four kitchens across Soho and the City. Same menu, same sourcing, same standards. We are hiring chefs who care. We are looking for the next sites. We are still on Noel Street, making kimchi the long way.
The case for paying attention to your gut.

tied to gut-related issues. Food is cheaper than medicine, and tastes better too.
most adults eat versus the daily recommendation. A single Activ Bowl closes most of that gap.
The people behind the counter.
The team that built it, the team that feeds you, the team that will know your order after the second visit.
